Xpose Fitness has devel­oped a proven method that com­bines pilates, yoga and exotic dance to pro­duce the lean and toned look that you want. Contact Xpose Fitness or select a studio loca­tion from the right.

Our Purpose

This pro­gram is for every woman, every shape and every age. We want you to redis­cover and appre­ciate your body in a con­tem­po­rary way. Exercises incor­po­rated with exotic dance move­ments bring us back to our fem­i­nine roots and nat­ural move­ments. You will get a full body workout. The problem is, it is so relaxing and so much fun, you will not realize it until you leave Xpose. You will be amazed how the Xpose workout will whisk away your stress and leave you with a sexy and empow­ered feeling afterward.

Our Clientele

Our clien­tele con­sists of the everyday woman. Leave your age, size and any other inhi­bi­tions at the door. We have a cus­tomer base ranging from 18 – 80 years of age and every shape and size. Xpose Fitness regards our clients’ com­fort level as our top pri­ority. So, whether you want to lose weight, tone-up, or if you are simply bored with your cur­rent workout rou­tine, the Xpose Fitness Program is the right one for you.

Mission Statement

We pro­vide a fit­ness régime which teaches the lost art of exotic dance while pro­viding a com­fort­able and fun atmos­phere in which to exer­cise, thus empow­ering women and cre­ating great confidence.

Classes

Each class uses iso­metric exer­cises to sculpt and strengthen every major muscle group in the body. We also use a series of stretching tech­niques which enhance flex­i­bility and pro­duce long, lean, fem­i­nine mus­cles. Although these classes are not based on aer­obic activity, you will def­i­nitely attain car­dio­vas­cular results. New moves are incor­po­rated each week. You can start classes at any­time and you will not feel left out or behind. We offer 2 dif­ferent types of classes here at Xpose. Both incor­po­rate new music and new rou­tines every week to keep your workout fresh and fun!

Floor/Chair Class: This class is suit­able for all fit­ness levels and is a total body workout. Yoga and pilates are com­bined with exotic floor/chair dancing to create iso­metric exer­cises that will strengthen and tone every major muscle group. The chair in this class is used as a tool to do cer­tain exer­cises, as well as a prop to incor­po­rate the exotic dance move­ments. Our instruc­tors are Xpose Fitness cer­ti­fied and will assist with mod­i­fi­ca­tions of dif­ferent exer­cises if nec­es­sary. A yoga mat is rec­om­mended for com­fort when working on the floor.

Sexy Stretch Class: This is an active stretching class suit­able for all fit­ness levels and com­bines yoga and pilates with exotic dancing at a slow, relaxed pace. You will increase your overall flex­i­bility while pro­moting proper form, releasing stress and ten­sion, and relieving sore mus­cles. Our instruc­tors are Xpose Fitness cer­ti­fied and will assist with mod­i­fi­ca­tions of dif­ferent exer­cises if nec­es­sary. A yoga mat is rec­om­mended for com­fort when working on the floor.

Pole Class: The pole class is slightly more chal­lenging, but still suit­able for all. The Xpose Fitness instruc­tors break down each move into basic steps to make it easy to follow. This is a great exer­cise to tone and strengthen your body, as well as build con­fi­dence. Pole Classes are offered in many levels to acco­mo­date all fit­ness levels. Pole Levels vary per loca­tion; please click on the loca­tion of your choice on the menu to the left for class sched­ules and pole reser­va­tion details.

In addi­tion to the above classes, Xpose Fitness also offers a FREE intro­duc­tory class every Saturday at 12:00 Noon! This class is only free for new clients. It is NOT nec­es­sary to take this class before you start the Xpose Fitness Program. We offer this class to allow people who may be intim­i­dated by the “exotic dance” theme to try it out and see how exciting it really is. Regular gym/workout attire is appro­priate. One free class per person. Choose a loca­tion to get started.

Class Card Policy

Class cards may only be used at the location where they are purchased and may only be used by the person who purchased them.  Class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.  The State of Maryland requires that all classes be used within 3 months of the date of purchase.  Xpose Fitness may extend these classes as a courtesy for up to one year.
