Floor/Chair Class: This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is a total body workout. Yoga and pilates are combined with exotic Floor/Chair dancing to create isometric exercises that will strengthen and tone every major muscle group. The chair in this class is used as a tool to do certain exercises, as well as a prop to incorporate the exotic dance movements. Our instructors are Xpose Fitness certified and will assist with modifications of different exercises if necessary.

What you'll need: Yoga mat, approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water.

Be Xposed: This class is designed to help you to help you embrace your inner sexy! This class will feature a new instructor each month.  In March, Tisha invites your to "Chanel your Inner Fantasy."  This is class is a $10 drop in.

What you'll need: Sexy work out attire, approved heels encouraged (but not required- no stilettos), yoga mat, and water.

Sexy Stretch Class: This is an active stretching class suitable for all fitness levels and combines yoga and pilates with exotic dancing at a slow, relaxed pace. You will increase your overall flexibility while promoting proper form, releasing stress and tension, and relieving sore muscles. Our instructors are Xpose Fitness certified and will assist with modifications of different exercises if necessary. A yoga mat is recommended for comfort when working on the floor.

What you'll need: Yoga mat, bare feet or socks, and water.

Booty Bouncing Ball Class: This class incorporates isometric movements with an exercise ball. You will learn how to stabilize your core and perform muscle-sculpting moves. The Xpose Fitness instructors break down each move into basic steps to make it easy to follow. This is a great way to tone and strengthen your body, as well as introduce cardio into your fitness regime. The best part is, you'll have so much fun bouncing your booty, you'll forget you're working out! Sneakers or bare feet are recommended for this class.

What you'll need: Athletic shoes or bare feet and water. Yoga mats welcome, not required.

Pole Class: The pole class is slightly more challenging, but still suitable for all. The Xpose Fitness instructors break down each move into basic steps to make it easy to follow. This is a great way to tone and strengthen your body, as well as build confidence. Pole Classes are offered in many levels to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Pole Level 1: A beginner pole class appropriate for all fitness levels. In this class you will always keep at least one foot on the floor. You will learn basic transitional moves and build strength in your upper body and core. This class will build confidence and is the basis for the higher pole levels.
  • Pole Level 2: This is the first pole class where you will take both feet off of the floor. The instructor will expect you to be familiar with most of the terms and moves from Pole Level 1, since they will be used as transitions in this level. You will learn slightly more difficult transitional moves, basic spins with both hands on the pole, and basic holds from the ground. You will continue to build strength in your upper body and core.
  • Pole Level 3: In this class you will begin basic climbing and mounts. The instructor will begin building onto Pole Levels 1 & 2 moves, so you should be comfortable with them before taking this level. In addition to climbing, you will also advance to one handed spins, advanced transitions and combinations including advanced floor work, and basic upright aerial holds. You will continue to build strength in the upper body and core as well as the lower body.
  • Pole Level 4: In this class you will begin basic inverts from the floor only. You will be expected to know most of the Level 1, 2, and 3 moves as they may be used in transitions and not taught. You will learn more advanced holds, mounts and combinations from your climbs. You will continue your advanced spins, transitions and combinations including advanced floor work. You will build strength in your upper body, core, and lower body.
  • Pole Level 5: In this class you will begin aerial inverts, as well as advanced combinations with minimum points of contact with the pole. You will be expected to know most of Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 moves as they may be used in transitions and not taught. There will be advanced holds and combinations as well as advanced floor work. This is our most difficult level and requires a good amount of prior strength training from previous pole classes. You will continue to increase your strength in your upper body, core, and lower body in this class.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet and water. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior to taking a pole class. Regular workout attire is appropriate, bottoms that stop above the knee are recommended.

Tricks & Spins: This pole class is all about you, so there are no levels. It is designed to give you time to practice and master moves that you have been learning with help of an instructor. They will offer individualized guidance that will help improve your technique, you will also have as much time as you need to spend on a single specific move. This is the only class where it is appropriate to bring pictures and videos of the moves you are trying to achieve. If you don't know what to work on, just ask the instructor, they are always prepared to give you a challenge.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet and water. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior to taking a pole class. Regular workout attire is appropriate, bottoms that stop above the knee are recommended.

Pole Fit: This is a pole based class specifically geared towards strength and cardio fitness. You should be ready to take Pole Level 2 classes before taking this class. You will do a combination of moves that will not only build strength in your muscles, but also increase your heart rate. If you are struggling with climbing or inverting this is the class to focus on those muscles specifically.

What you'll need: Athletic shoes and water. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior to taking a pole class. Regular workout attire is appropriate, bottoms that stop above the knee are recommended.
