Clothing and Shoes

Full coverage clothing that you feel comfortable working out in is appropriate for all of our classes. For pole level 3 and higher, we do recommend shorts, as skin will be necessary to stick to the pole. All of our classes may be taken in socks or bare-feet, heels are not required. You can also find everything you will need for class in our lobby. See our Class Offerings page to know what to expect for each class!

Returns and Exchanges

Class cards, events, and private party fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt. The merchandise is subject to inspection for signs of wear and tear, in which case Xpose reserves the right to process the return or exchange at the discretion of the employee.

Class Card Policy

Class cards can only be used at the location where they were purchased. They can only be used by the account holder and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The State of Maryland requires that clients sign a registration form stating that classes expire within 3 months of the date of purchase. Xpose may extend these classes as a courtesy for up to 1 year.  Intro Offer classes expire in 14 days. 

Expired class cards may be reactivated for 3 months by paying the reinstatement fee, available through our online store or in the studio. 

Reservations

Reservations are recommended, but not required. They are accepted up to 24 hours in advance and can only be made with valid pre-payment. We do not accept voicemail reservations.

Pole class starts promptly. Reserved poles will be forfeited to the first person on the waitlist if you are not here at the start of class.

For safety reasons, no one will be allowed to enter class 15 minutes after the start of class.

If you are a class card holder, you may reserve your space over the phone using your unique ID located on the back of your Key Tag. You may also "link" one additional guest to your reservation, but they will be responsible for payment at the time of the class (see class card policy).

Online reservations are highly encouraged to make the check-in process easy and convenient for you, however. If making a reservation online, each person must create their own login to sign up. Visit the Towson online schedule to make a reservation!

Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of class to avoid any penalties by calling the studio or logging into your online account. If a guest fails to show a class will be deducted from the class card holder. If the class card holder fails to cancel or show, a class will be deducted.

If a private party cancels or does not show at the designated date and time, the organizer’s credit card on file will be charged for the minimum requirement of 5 attendees at the $25.00 rate. Although our regularly scheduled parties are on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we can accommodate a weekday request. This must be made by calling the studio.

Closing Policy

In the event of a closing due to...

Studio functions: We will announce any planned closings in our monthly newsletter and classes. These closings will also show on our online schedules and voicemails.

Weather: We will generally follow the same decisions as local school districts. Please call us or view our online schedule to confirm.

Private Party Policies:

Opt-In to receive emails so that important private party information and your receipt can be emailed to you!
The site fee required to hold your date and time is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the date of your party needs to be changed, another site fee is required.  In addition, each attendee will pay a per person charge including the organizer and guest of honor. A discount may be available to attendees who pay in advance online.  There is a minimum requirement of 5 people to hold a party. Every person that wishes to be present in the studio must pay the per person fee regardless of participation. The minimum number of guests for a party Monday-Thursday is 8 attendees. Time Frame…
You have the Xpose Fitness facility all to yourself for 1 ½ hours!  The first ½ hour is “Social time” – please feel free to bring drinks and light snacks for your group.  The rest is one hour of “party time” with your instructor – get ready for some laughs and sexy moves!  Parties will begin promptly at the time scheduled.  If a party is 30 minutes late, or more, Xpose Fitness reserves the right to cancel the party.  At the conclusion of the party, guests will have 15 minutes to change and leave due to time constraints to set up the next party. 

Gratuity…
Tipping is not mandatory but definitely appreciated by your instructor… they promise to work hard to make sure your group has the best time ever!

Please Note…
Everyone attending the party must be at least 18 years of age or older by the date of the party. No Exceptions. Anyone visibly intoxicated will not be admitted into the Xpose Fitness studios.   No open containers are allowed in the studios during the instruction.  Beverages must remain in the lounge area.  No open containers are allowed outside of the studio for legal reasons. Alcohol is not permitted at your Private Party unless everyone present is of legal drinking age, and presents a valid ID when checking in. We reserve the right to cancel your party for any reason if we feel that it is unsafe for any participant.  Please do not bring feather boas, confetti, or any other objects that leave a trail behind.
