Special Events

In addition to our classes, we also hold special events. These range from workshops in the studio to showcases! Pole Yoga: Every 1st Friday at 12:00 noon

Join yoga certified instructor Leanna as she leads you through a class that combines traditional yoga poses with pole for added stability and flexibility.  Spaces are limited, so sign up here!

Third Sunday Workshop Series at 1 pm

Join us every third Sunday for a different workshop every month!  

  • August 20th: Pole/Chair 
  • September 17th: Handspring 
  • October 15th: Advanced Floor/Chair

 Booty Camp: Every 4th Sunday at 1pm

At Booty Camp General Jiggles, Lieutenant Assets, & Major Cheeks will teach you how to bounce, pop, & shake your booty like a Pro! Get a great full-body workout and have a load of laughs at the same time! Take this class in bare-feet or socks. Knee pads are recommended. Space is limited, click here to reserve today

Online Garter Certification Program:
Xpose Fitness  has instituted a black belt program of sorts—but with garters... Earn each of the 10 different garters by completing an online workshop and set routine in pole, floor/chair, and sexy stretch. Work your way up from white to black and become a more well-rounded Xpose woman! Wear your garters in class to show your status!
