Pole Classes
static Pole Classes
Pole work will strengthen and tone your body with isometric exercises that utilize the pole and your body weight as resistance.
Static pole classes are separated into 5 levels to accommodate all fitness levels.
Pole 1
A beginner pole class appropriate for all fitness levels. In this class you will always keep at least one foot on the floor. You will learn basic transitional and strengthening moves.

Pole 4
In this class you will begin basic inverts and work towards aerial inverts. You will learn more advanced holds, mounts, and combinations from your climbs.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.
Pole 2
This is the first pole class where you will take both feet off of the floor. You will learn basic spins with both hands on the pole, and basic holds from the ground.

Pole 5
This is our most difficult static level and requires a good amount of prior strength training from previous pole classes. You will learn advanced holds using minimal points of contact to the pole.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts should be worn. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.
Pole 3
In this class you will begin basic climbing and mounts. You will also learn one-handed spins, advanced transitions and combinations, advanced floor work, and basic upright aerial holds.

Pole Play
This is an all level pole class that focuses on your individual goals. There is no routine in this class. All levels welcome, but this class cannot be your first pole class.

Static will be indicated on the schedule. Otherwise, spin pole work is welcome in this class.

What you'll need: Above the knee shorts, water, ideas of moves to work on. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.
Spin Pole Classes
You must be able to comfortably climb on static pole to start spin pole classes.
Spin pole classes are separated into 3 levels.
Beginner
Spin Pole
In this class, you will learn how to control the speed of the pole and build up strength. You will learn basic climbing and upright holds facing the pole.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts should be worn. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.
Intermediate
Spin Pole
In this class, you will learn how to do basic inverts on spin. You will also learn more complicated climbs and holds (with the body turned away from the pole).

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts should be worn. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.
Advanced
Spin Pole
This is our most difficult spin level and requires a good amount of prior strength training from previous pole classes. You will learn advanced holds and combinations using minimal points of contact to the pole.
